The boxoffice platform is hosted in private server racks managed by Megawatts Ltd. The platform is protected by high availability firewalls. In addition the shopping cart is protected by a SSL Certificate so all sensitive information transferred from your browser to our server is encrypted so protect against theft.

All credit card data is encrypted in the databases and protected by an offsite encryption key. We partner with FDMS for payment processing needs, maintaining Visa PCI compliant standards for its payment processing.
